CiTY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT 0-4
TO THE 1988-89 OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized a contract for consultant services
for the Westborough/Gellert Specific Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby approves the appropriation of $42,800 from the
General FUnd to the Planning Division operating budget.
BE ITiFURTHER RESOLVED that the Council anticipates recovering these costs
from the affected property owners or project applicants at such time as
development proposals are sought.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 25th day of January , 1989 , by
the following vote:
