CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
iA RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF APPLICATION
'FOR CHILD DAY CARE FACILITY LICENSE TO THE CALIFORNIA
'DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES AND DESIGNATING THE
DIRECTOR OF RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES AS
'ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco operates a child day care facility
at WestborOugh Recreation Building, 2380 Galway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to take any and all actions necessary to
operate a licensed child day care facility at this location, including but not
limited toi applying for a child day care facility license for this facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the public interest requires and the Council hereby approves
the submittal of an application for a Child Day Care Facility License for
Westborough Recreation Building and that Terry Jewell, Director of Recreation
and Communiity Services is designated to act on behalf of the City of South San
Francisco ~regarding the facility.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopte!d by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 8th day of February , 1989, by the
following ivote:

'Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Draqo, Richard A. Haffey.
Gus Nicolopulos, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teqlia
