CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE EUCALYPTUS AVENUE SANITARY
SEWER REPLACEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the loth day of January,
1989, for
EUCALYPTUS AVENUE SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT
PROJECT NO. SS-88-1; BID NO. 1785
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San FranciSco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Stoloski & Gonzalez, Inc. of Half Moon Bay, for the Bid Price of
Forty-Seven Thousand, Two Hundred Eighty-four Dollars and No Cents,
($47,284.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regulari meeting held on the 8th day of February , 1989 by the
following vote:

Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Drago, Richard A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
