CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH DKS ASSOCIATES FOR PROFESSIONAL
TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR 1989 FUEL
EFFICIENT TRAFFIC SIGNALS MANAGEMENT (FETSIM)
PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City an
Agreement entitled, "Agreement for Professional Traffic Engineering Services
for the 1989 Fuel Efficient Traffic Signal Management (FETSIM) Program",
between the City of South~San Francisco and DKS Associates. A copy of the
Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 22nd day of February , 1989, by the
following vote:

Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Drago, Richard A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
