CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AMENDMENT NO. I TO THE AGREEMENT TO FURNISH
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE SHAW ROAD/SAN
MATEO AVENUE PUMP STATIONS INTERTIE PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City a
Contract entitled, "Agreement to Furnish Engineering Services for the Shaw
Road/San Mateo Avenue Pump Stations Intertie Project", between the City of
South San Francisco and CH2M Hill California, Inc. A copy of the Agreement
is on file with the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 22nd day of February , 1989, by the
following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Drago, Richard A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
