CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
3812, AS AMENDED, WHICH ESTABLISHES
CERTAIN TRAFFIC REGULATIONS IN
ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 11.28 OF THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that Resolution No. 3812, Section II C, be amended to designate the
following as a stop sign intersection in the City of South San Francisco:
1. ECCLES AVENUE AND OYSTER POINT BOULEVARD
{a) Vehicles traveling in an easterly or westerly direction on
Oyster Point Blvd. shall be required to stop before entering Eccles Avenue,
and vehicles traveling in a northerly direction on Eccles Avenue shall be
required to stop before entering Oyster Point Blvd.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 22nd day of February , 1989, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Drago, Richard A.. Haffey,
NOES:
ABSTAINED:
ABSENT:
Gus Nicolopulos, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
