CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING EXCHANGE OF
PARCELS BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND THE POLETTI TRUST
WHEREAS the City has been involved in eminent domain activities
related to Gateway Boulevard Extension; and
WHEREAS in order to settle this matter, it appears appropriate to
exchange one parcel owned by the City for one parcel owned by the Poletti
Trust;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that it hereby approves and confirms the exchange of
City parcel described as "Excess Portion of Produce Avenue Right-of-Way"
for the Poletti Trust Parcel described as "Portions of The Lands of R.L.
Poletti, P.J. Poletti & K. Castaglio Trusts" as depicted on Attachment I in
settlement of any and all claims of both parties.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 22nd day of February , 1989, by the
foTlowing vote:
