CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AMENDMENT NO. I TO THE AGREEMENT TO FURNISH
GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES FOR THE OYSTER POINT
GRADE SEPARATION/INTERCHANGE PROJECT
BE IT~RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City a
Contract entitled, "Amendment No. I to an Agreement with P & D Technologies
for preparation of the environmental document for the Oyster Point Grade
Separation/Interchange Project", between the City of South San Francisco and
P & D Technologies (previously PRC Engineering). A copy of the Agreement
is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 8th day of March , 1989, by the
following Vote:
