CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LOAN APPLICATION
TO THE STATE HEALTH FACILITIES FINANCING
AUTHORITY TO COMPLETE MAGNOLIA SENIOR CENTER
WHEREAS, the second floor of the Magnolia Senior Center has not been
completed; and
WHEREAS, funds for completion of the second floor as an adult day care
facility appear to be available from the State Health Facilities Financing
Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby authorizes the City Manager and the Director of
Recreation and Community Services to take all action necessary to apply for
and obtain a loan in the amount of $525,000 from the State Health Facilities
Financing Authority for the completion of Magnolia Senior Center.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 8th day of March

Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Drago, Richard A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
