CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
TO FURNISH REAL ESTATE CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE
PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CORNER OF GRAND AND
CYPRESS AVENUES
WHEREAS, at the March 15, 1989 joint study session of the City Council and
the Parking Place Commission a concept for redeveloping a site located at the
corner of Grand and Cypress Avenues was discussed; and
WHEREAS, at that meeting the City Council recommended that a consulting
firm be retained to further analyze the concept of the development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that it hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute on behalf of the
City of South San Francisco an agreement with a qualified real estate consultant
to analyze the concept of developing a site at the corner of Grand and Cypress
Avenues.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 22nd day of March
