CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AMENDMENT NO. I TO THE AGREEMENT TO
FURNISH CONSULTANT ENGINEERING AND
DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE OYSTER POINT
GRADE SEPARATION/INTERCHANGE PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of
South San Francisco an Agreement entitled Amendment No. I to the
Agreement- Authorization for Continuation of Services for the Oyster
Point Interchange and Grade Separation", between the City of South San
Francisco and CH2M Hill/T.Y. Lin International, a joint venture. A copy
of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
reqular meeting held on the 12th day of April
