C~TY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO THE AGREEMENT TO FURNISH CONSULTANT ENGINEERING
SERVICES FOR THE SLUDGE THICKENING REDUNDANCY AT THE
WATER QUALITY CONTROL PLANT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of South
San Francisco an Agreement entitled "Amendment No. i to the Agreement to
Furnish Engineering Services for Sludge Thickening Redundancy at the South
San Francisco/San Bruno Water Quality Control Plant", between the City of
South San Francisco and CH2M Hill. A copy of the Agreement is on file in
the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 12th day of April
, 1989, by the following vote:

Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Drago, Richard A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Tegiia
