HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 55-1989 RESOLUTION NO. 55-89 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE EL CAMINO PLAZA ASSESSMENT DISTRICT WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution of Intention No. 145-88; adopted by this Council on December 14, 1988, was $1,389,646; and WHEREAS, following the public opening of construction bids for the work, the estimated cost may be reduced to $939,055. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the total assessment as preliminarily approved, is hereby reduced from $1,389,646 to $939,055 and that each of the individual assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata share of the difference between the total assessment as preliminarily approved and the reduced total assessment. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of April , 1989 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Mark N.
