CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT FOR BOND MANAGEMENT SERVICES
(EL CAMINO PLAZA ASSESSMENT DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco proposes to undertake special
assessment proceedings and to issue and sell special assessment bonds to
finance certain public improvements in connection with the E1Camino Plaza
Assessment District; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to employ Kelling, Northcross and Nobriga to
provide certain management services in connection with the proceedings and
with the issuance and offering of the bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute on behalf
of the City of South San Francisco an Agreement entitled "Agreement Regarding
Bond Mangement Services" between the City of South San Francisco and Kelling,
Northcross and Nobriga. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's
Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 12th day of April
, 1989 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Mark N, Addiego, Jack Drago, Richard A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
