CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE
OWNER'S CERTIFICATE FOR PARCEL MAP 89-262
DIVIDING PARCEL "D" OF THE LANDS OF THE
OYSTER POINT MARINA
WHEREAS, in order to carry out the goals of the Oyster Point Marina Specific
Plan, it is necessary to subdivide the lands of the Oyster Point Marina so that
the parcels designated within the Specific Plan may be leased to private users
and may otherwise contain identifiable parcels for purposes of public uses
implemented within the Specific Plan area; and
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco is the owner of portions of the
real property located within the Oyster Point Marina.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. Parcel Map 89-262 attached subdividing Parcel "D" of the lands of the
Oyster Point Marina is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized
to sign the Owner's Certificate on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation.
2. The City Council consents to having the map recorded as a resubdivision
of Parcel "D" as shown on "Parcel Map filed January 9, 1985 in Parcel Map Book
55 O.R. Pages 61, 62, 63 and 64, South San Francisco, San Mateo County,
California".
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 26th day of April
, 1989 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Drago, Gus Nicolopulos,
and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia

ABSENT: Councilmember Richard A. Haffey
