CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING ADOPTED OWNER PARTICIPATION
AND PREFERENCES RULES, PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
AND AGENCY'S REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL FOR THE
DOWNTOWN/CENTRAL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco has
submitted to the City Council of the City of South San Francisco the adopted
Owner Participation and Preferences Rules, and a proposed Redevelopment Plan
for the Downtown/Central Redevelopment Project, accompanied by the Agency's
Report to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council acknowledges receipt of the Owner Participation
and Preferences Rules, proposed Redevelopment Plan and the accompanying Agency's
Report to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco Ghat it hereby receives the adopted Owner Participation and Preferences
Rules, the~proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Downtown/Central Redevelopment
Project, and also the Redevelopment Agency's Report to the City Council on the
proposed Redevelopment Plan. Copies of these documents are on file in the City
Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by,the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting helid on the lOth day of May
, 1989 by the following vote:
