CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT 0-8
TO THE 1988-89 OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that the Library will receive a supplemental
grant from the State pursuant to the Library Services and Construction Grant
Act in the amount of Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($16,300.00) for
regional and local activities to complement the Bay Area Adult Learners
Conference; and
WHEREAS, the funding would run through the end of the federal fiscal year,
which is September 30, 1989 and therefore would be split between the City's
1988-89 amd 1989-90 fiscal years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby approves an amendment to the FY 1988-89 operating
budget for the Library in the amount of Seven Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Dollars
($7,450.00), contingent on receipt of the grant.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 24th day of May
