RESOLUTION NO. 68-89
~OUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF A MOBILE AIR COMPRESSOR UNIT
WHEREAS, the Cities of South San Francisco, Daly City, San Bruno, Pacifica,
and Brisbane and the Colma Fire Protection District find it to their mutual
advantage to purchase, maintain and replace certain specialized equipment as
needed forlthe effective operation of their respective fire departments, in
particular~ a mobile air compressor unit; and
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that it hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute on behalf of the
City the "Agreement for the Purchase and Maintenance of a Mobile Air Compressor
Unit". A Copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted bylthe City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 24th day of May
