CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR RODENT CONTROL PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 16th day of May, 1989,
for
!RODENT CONTROL PROGRAM
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francilsco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Thie Pied Piper Exterminators, Inc. of San jose, for the Bid Price of
Fifteen Thousand, Seven Hundred Dollars and Twenty-three Cents,
($15,700.23).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regularl meeting held on the 14th day of June , 1989 by the
following Vote:
