CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "SUNRISE SUBDIVISION" AND
AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:i
1. Map Approval

The Final Map, entitled "Sunrise Subdivision", is hereby approved.
Acceptance of Dedications
The dedications of public use as shown on the map of Sunrise
Subdivisiom for street purposes and easements for public utilities are
hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to certify the City's
acceptance.
3. Agreement
Execution of the "Agreement, Subdivision Improvements, Sunrise
Subdivisioin", by the City Manager on behalf of the City is hereby
authorizedi.
4. Recordation
The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or cause
recordatioln of the Final Map and Agreement in the official records of the
County.
5. Copies of Recorded Documents
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map
shall be fiiled in the Office of the Deputy City Manager/City Engineer, and a
copy of the Subdivision Improvements Agreement shall be filed in the offices
of (1) City Clerk, (2) Planning Director and (3) Deputy City Manager/City
Engineer, ~nd the Building Division shall withhold building permits until
the copiesl of the recorded documents are filed.
I herieby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular~ meeting held on the 14th day of June , 1989, .by the
