CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
FOR PROPOSED OYSTER POINT BOULEVARD/HIGHWAY 101
FREEWAY INTERCHANGE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
The Cii~y Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of South
San FranciSco an Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and the
City of Brisbane for the proposed Oyster Point/Highway 101 Freeway Interchange.
A copy of ~he Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I here~y certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 14th day of June , 1989 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addie.qo, Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos,
and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Jack Draqo
