CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT FOR SITE INVESTIGATION OF CITY
PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN BELLE AIR ROAD
AND NORTH ACCESS ROAD
WHEREAS, on April 28, 1989, the City of South San Francisco issued a
Request for Proposal for site assessment and geotechnical investigation of
City-owned property located between Belle Air Road and North Access Road;
and
WHEREAS, after reviewing the six proposals received the City Engineer
has determined that the firm of Dames and Moore is the most qualified to
perform the work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement
with the firm of Dames and Moore to perform the above-described work.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 28th day of June
, 1989 by the following vote:
