CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT 0-11
TO THE 1988-89 OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council in its operating budget for the 1988-89 fiscal
year budgeted an Eight Hundred Thousand Dollar ($800,000) transfer from the
Gas Tax Fuind to the General Fund; and
WHEREAS, the State Bureau of Streets and Roads has informed the City that
the beginniing balance for the 1988-89 Gas Tax Fund has been increased by
$2,048,176i.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco ~hat it hereby approves a transfer of an additional $1,248,176 from
the Gas TaX Fund to the General Fund for the 1988-89 fiscal year.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting heil d on the 28th day of June , 1989 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addie§o, Jack Drago, Richard A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
