CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING SPECIAL DISTRICT AUGMENTATION
FUND DISTRIBUTION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 98.6 OF
THE REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE
WHEREAS, the City Council has received the County Controller's Special
District A~ugmentation Fund notice of allocation as required by Section 98.6
of the Rewenue and Taxation Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council noticed and conducted a public hearing on
June 28, 11989 to consider the sums to be disbursed; and
WHERE~S, after the hearing, the City Council approved the sums to be
disbursed to each special district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the amount of Special District Augmentation Funds to be
disbursed to special districts shall be as follows:

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 28th day of June , 1989, by
