CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING TNE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "ST. FRANCIS HEIGHTS
SUBDIVISION" AND AUTHORIZING RELATED
ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. MaP Approval
The Final Map, entitled "St. Francis Heights Subdivision", is
hereby approved.
2. Acqeptance of Dedications
The dedications of public use as shown on the map of St. Francis
Heights Subdivision for street purposes and easements for public utilities
are hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to certify the City's
acceptance.
3. Agreement
Execution of the "Agreement, Subdivision Improvements, St. Francis
Heights Subdivision", by the City Manager on behalf of the City is hereby
authorized.
4. ReCordation
The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or cause
recordation of the Final Map and Agreement in the official records of the
County.
5. Copies of Recorded Documents
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map
shall be filled in the Office of the City Engineer, and a copy of the
Subdivision I~mprovements Agreement shall be filed in the offices of (1) City
Clerk, (2) Pllanning Director and (3) City Engineer, and the Building Division
shall withhold building permits until the copies of the recorded documents
are filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 12th day of July , 1989 by the following vote:
