CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT ~ LANDS OF
RISSO, PM-89-264
WHEREAS, the map entitled, "Parcel Map 89-264 a Resubdivision of Lands
Described in Deed Recorded in Series #82030764 Records of San Mateo County,
South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California" prepared by Joseph Patrick
McNulty dated April 1989, has been approved by the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map dedicates to the City of South San Francisco a
Public Utility Easement, on or over that certain strip of land designated and
shown on the map as "10' P.U.E."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. Acceptance of Public Utility Easement. The dedication of the Public
Utility Easement as shown on the Parcel Map is hereby accepted and the City
Clerk is authorized to certify the City's acceptance.
2. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause
recordation of the Parcel Map in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
3. Copies of Recorded Documents. A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy
of the recorded Parcel Map shall be filed in the Office of the City Engineer.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 26th day of July , 1989 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Draqo, Richard A. Haffey. Gus Nicolopulos,
and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teqlia
