CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1989-90 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 16th day of May, 1989,
for
1989-90 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Fisk, Firenze & McLean, Inc., for the Bid Price Two Hundred
Eighty Onei~housand One Hundred Seventy Two Dollars and Eighteen Cents
($281,1/2.18).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 26th day of July
