CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE MAGNOLIA CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City an
Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and Group 4/Architecture,
Research and Planning, Inc. for completion of the second floor of the Magnolia
Center. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 26th day of July
, 1989 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos,
and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
