A RESOLUTION ADOPTING REPORT OF ANNUAL
SEWER RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR 1989-90
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 14.12 OF THE SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 14.12 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code,
sewer rentals and charges are required to be assessed on the City tax rolls and
collectedlwith the regular municipal taxes; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly called and held on July 26, 1988 at the
hour of 7130 p.m. in the Community Room of the Municipal Services Building,
33 Arroyo!Drive, South San Francisco, California, to consider any protests
and/or modification of the report prior to adoption thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The sewer rentals and charges filed with the City Clerk contained in
the "Report of Sewer Rental Charges for 1989-90, in accordance with
Chapter 14.12 of the Municipal Code," and submitted by the Director of Finance,
are hereby adopted, and the rentals and charges will be assessed on the City
tax rolls!and collected with the regular municipal taxes, and pursuant to
Chapter 14.12 of the Municipal Code, the rentals shall constitute a lien upon
the respective parcels of real property in the City of South San Francisco.
2. The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolution to be published
within fifteen (15) days after passage in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper
of genera~ circulation published in the City of South San Francisco, and shall
further certify to the County Tax Collector or Auditor that the report was
adopted by the Council, the certification to be substantially in the form set
forth in the report.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 26th day of July , 19 89 by the following vo~e:

REPORT OF SEWER RENTAL CHARGES FOR 1989-90
IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 14.12 OF THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
In: accordance with Chapter 14.12 of the South San Francisco
Municipal Code, the following report prepared as of June 30, 1989
is submiitted. The report describes the procedure for charging
those parcels of real property which directly receive the benefits
of municipal sanitary sewer services and the amount of the annual
charge ior rental which will be imposed against each parcel for
fiscal year 1989-90.
1. Summary of rentals or charges. The following is a summary
of the annual rental or charges for 1989-90.

2. Sewer Rental Account File. This report refers to and
incorporates by reference the report entitled 'Rate Determination
and Revenue Program Summary," prepared by the City of South San
FrancisCo Water Quality Control Plant, a copy of which is filed in
the Finance Office. The report summarizes the 1989-90 sewer rental
charge that will be proposed to the City Council on July 26, 1989.
Upon adioption of the proposed charges, or amendments thereto, a
report ientitled 'City of South San Francisco Sanitary Sewer
Charges," prepared by Engineering Data Services, Los Altos,
California, will be completed. The report will describe each
parcel of real property receiving directly the benefits of
municipal sanitary sewer service and the amount of annual charge
or rential imposed against each parcel for fiscal year 1989-90.
This report will submit, refer to and incorporate by reference the
City oflSouth'San Francisco's Sewer Charge list for 1989-90 which
describes by Assessor's parcel number each parcel of real property
receiving sanitary sewer service and the amount of the annual
charge or rental imposed against each parcel for 1989-90. All of
these d)ocuments, including this report, shall be filed with the
County Tax Collector or Auditor. Accompanying the filing of this
report Shall be a Clerk's endorsement that the report has been duly
adopted!by the City Council.
