CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE ROOF REPLACEMENT AT PARADISE
VALLEY RECREATION CENTER PROJECT,
PROJECT NO. PB-87-3; BID NO. 1771
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 12th day of April, 1988,
for the Roof Replacement at Paradise Valley Recreation Center Project,
Project No. PB-87-3; Bid No. 1771.
NOW, -HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. -he Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Ace Roofing Company of San Mateo for the bid price of Thirteen
Thousand, Six Hundred Twenty-nine Dollars and No Cents. ($13,629.00).
2. -he City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract w~th the successful bidder.
3. -he Council hereby rejects all.other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 27th day of April , 1988, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Richard A. Halley, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Jack Drago
NOES: None
ABSTAINED: None
ABSENT: None
