CITy COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "SUNSHINE ESTATES" AND
AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. Map Approval
-he Final Map, entitled "Sunshine Estates" , a subdivision of
Standard Building Company, Inc. is hereby approved.
2. Acceptance of Dedications
-he dedications of public use as shown on the map of Sunshine
Estates for street purposes and easements for public utilities are hereby
accepted aid the City Clerk is authorized to certify the City's acceptance
thereof.
3. Agreement
Execution of the "Agreement, Subdivision Improvements, Sunshine
Estates", by the Mayor on behalf of the City is hereby authorized.
4. Recordation
-he City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or cause
recordatior of the Final Map and Agreement in the official records of the
County.
5. Copies of Recorded Documents
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map
shall be f:led in the Office of the Deputy City Manager/City Engineer, and a
copy of the Subdivision Improvements Agreement shall be filed in the offices
of (1) City Clerk, (2) Planning Director and (3) Deputy City Manager/City
Engineer, and the Building Division shall withhold building permits until
the copies of the recorded documents are filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 27th day of April , 1988, by the
following vote:

Councilmembers. Mark N. Addieqo, Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teqlia, and Jack Draqo
