CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION SETTING BAIL FOR VIOLATION OF
SECTION 11.20.050 OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
MUNICIPAL CODE - LEFT TURNS INTO PARKING
SPACES ON GRAND AVENUE
WHEREAS, on March 9, 1988, the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco adopted Ordinance No. 1031-88, South San Francisco Municipal Code
Section 11.20.050, prohibiting certain left turns into parking spaces on
Grand Aven~e; and
WHEREAS, California Penal Code Section 12696 requires that a specified
bail amoun~ be set for all misdemeanors and infractions.
NOW, TqEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Clerk of the San Mateo County Municipal Court shall
be directed to set bail for violation of Section 11.20.050 at $25.00.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 27th day of April , 19 88 by the following vote:
