CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION SETTING CONTROL POINTS
FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL
EMPLOYEE GROUP
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that effective July 1, 1987:
Appendix "1" and "1 A" of Resolution No. 41-86, a Resolution
Setting Salary Policy, Benefits, and Working Conditions for Members of
the Management and Confidential Employee Group in Accordance with the
Provisions of the Management and Confidential Employee Compensation
Program, is revised to establish new Control Points as set forth in
Appendix "1."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that effective May 26, 1988, the salary
survey process used to set control points, and the awarding of bonuses as
described in Resolution No. 41-86 will no longer be in effect and that it
is the intent of the City Council to establish a new procedure for the
surveying and setting of salaries following the discussion and
development of a new plan with members of the Management and Confidential
Employee Group.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
