QITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SOCIAL SECURITY
COVERAGE DATE FOR CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS
WHERE~S, by Resolution No. 21-88 the City Council requested that the
Board of Administration, Public Employees' Retirement System authorize a
division iin order to include members of the City Council in the coverage
group under the insurance system; and
WHEREAS, at that time the Council designated such coverage to be
effectivelas to services performed on or after January 1983 and the
Council now desires to amend the effective date;
NOW, 'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that it hereby selects June 1, 1988 as the effective coverage date.
