CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE TRAINING AGREEMENTS
WHERE.IS, periodically the City enters into agreements with other entities
for train ng purposes; and
WHERE~S, the City Council desires to establish a simple and uniform
procedure for handling such agreements;
NOW. HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San F sco that it hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute such
training greements when the following conditions exist:
1. he agreement is for educational or field training purposes.
2. ~e agreement is with an educational institution or another
g~vernmental entity.
3. ~e agreement is at no cost to the City or has been previously
b~dgeted and approved by the City Council.
4. Tl~e liability and insurance provisions in the agreement are
s.~tisfactory to the City Attorney.
I here~.y certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adoptec by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 13th day of July , 1988 , by
the followi/ng vote:
