CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SEWER RATES EFFECTIVE
FY 1988-1989 AND AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
TO INCLUDE THE RATES
WHEREAS, by Chapter 14.12 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code the
City Council is authorized to establish sewer rates by resolution; and
WHEREAi, the City Council has given notice and held a public hearing as
required b law on the subject sewer rates;
NOW, EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Franci~co that it hereby adopts the schedule of rates set forth in the
attached E~hibit "A" and hereby amends the City's Master Fee Resolution to
include th~ rates.
BE IT IRTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take effect upon its
adoption b two-thirds vote of all members of the City Council and that the
rates so e~tablished shall be collected on the official tax assessment roll,
together with real property taxes, and that the amounts shall constitute liens
upon the p operties which shall be effective at the same time and to the same
extent as provided for by law in the case of real property taxes, with like
penalties delinquencies.
