COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING REPORT OF ANNUAL
SEWER RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR 1988-89
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 14.12 OF THE SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
AS, pursuant to Chapter 14.12 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code,

'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South

and collected with the regular municipal taxes, and pursuant to Chapter 14.12 of
the Municipal Code, the rentals shall constitute a lien upon the respective
parcels of~real property in the City of South San Francisco.

REPORT OF SEWER RENTAL CHARGES FOR 1988-89
IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 14.12 OF THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
In accordance with Chapter 14.12 of the South San Francisco
icipal Code, the following report prepared as of June 30, 1988
is submitted. The report describes the procedure for charging
~hose parcels of real property which directly receive the
~enefits of municipal sanitary sewer services and the amount of
he annual charge or rental which will be imposed against each
arcel for fiscal year 1988-89,
1. Summary of rentals or charges. The following is a
ummary of the annual rental or charges for 1988-89.

2. Sewer Rental Account File. This report refers to and
1 corporates by reference the report entitled "Rate Determination
Revenue Program Summary," prepared by the City of South San
Fr 'sco Water Quality Control Plant, a copy of which is filed
in the Finance Office. The report summarizes the 1988-89 sewer
re)ltal charge that will be proposed to the City Council on July
13 1988. Upon adoption of the proposed charges, or amendments
thereto, a report entitled "City of South San Francisco Sanitary
