A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AIRCRAFT NOISE
INSULATION PROGRAM - PHASE III,
PROJECT NO. PB-87-1, BID NO. 1770
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 2nd day of June, 1988,
for
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AIRCRAFT NOISE INSULATION PROGRAM-
PHASE III, PROJECT NO. PB-87-1, BID NO. 1770
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, M. Gaehwiler Construction, Inc. of San Francisco for the Base Bid
Price for 60 Homes of Five Hundred Five Thousand, Three Hundred Sixty-Three
Dollars ard No Cents. ($505,363.00}.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
reqular meeting held on the 27th day of July , 1988, by the
following vote.
