CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE STATEMENT OF COSTS FOR
THE SUMMARY ABATEMENT OF WEEDS AT 601 FIRST LANE
WHEREAS, Balbar Singh and Harjit Lally are the owners of the property
located at 601 First Lane, South San Francisco, California; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to South San Francisco Municipal Code Section 8.24.160,
a summary abatement notice to remove weeds blocking the public sidewalk and
causing a fire hazard at 601 First Lane was sent to the property owners; and
WHEREAS, due to the failure of the owners to comply with the notice, City
employees were forced to abate the nuisance on June 2, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of the abatement was $334.39.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that after holding a hearing pursuant to the South San Francisco
Municipal Code Section 8.24.120(d), the statement of costs for $334.39 is
confirmed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 27th day of July , 1988, by
the following vote:
