CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE VACATION
OF THE SOUTHWESTERLY PORTION OF
RIDGEVIEW COURT LOCATED WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE PROPOSED STONEGATE
UNITS 5 AND 6 SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the City Council on June 22, 1988, adopted Resolution No. 75-
88, entitled "A Resolution of Intention to Vacate the Southwesterly portion
of Ridgeview Court located within the proposed Stonegate Units 5 and 6
Subdivision", pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements
Vacation Law (Streets and Highway Code Section 8300 et seq.); and
WHEREAS, the Resolution of Intention was published as required by law,
and notices of hearing were posted in the time, manner and form provided by
law; and
WHEREAS, on Wednesday, July 27, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. at the Municipal
Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco, California, a
public hearing was held where any and all persons interested in, or having
any objections to, the proposed vacation, could appear before the Council
and be heard; and
WHEREAS, no objections of any kind or character were made or filed
against the proposed vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco:
1. That the portion of Ridgeview Court (a public street), which is
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached and located within the
boundaries of Stonegate Unit 5 & 6 Subdivision as shown on the map entitled
"Plat, Ridgeview Court Abandonment, Stonegate Units 5 and 6" which is
attached as Exhibit "B" and incorporated, is unnecessary for present or
prospective use.
2. That the portion of Ridgeview Court (a public street), located
within the boundaries of Stonegate Unit 5 & 6 Subdivision is hereby ordered
vacated.
3. That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
Resolution to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San
Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 27th day of July , 1988, by the
following vote:

County, California" recorded March 25, 1966 in Volume 64 of Maps at Pages
36, 37 and 38, records of San Mateo County, California; thence from said
point of beginning and continuing along said boundary of Ridgeview Court
South 19o36'37'' ]~t,~ 249.52 feet; thence along a curve to the right, tangent
to the preceeding course, having a radius of 71.50 feet, through a central
angle of 62o26'37" for a distance of 77.92 feet; thence South 42c50'00'' West,
166.89 feet; thence along a curve to the right, tangent to the preceeding course,
having a radius of 44.00 feet, through a central angle of 44044'48'. for a distance
of 34.36 feet; thence along a curve to the left, tangent to the preceeding curve,
having a radius of 44.00 feet, through a central angle of 269°29'36'', for a
distance of 206.96 feet; thence along a curve to the right, tangent to the
preceeding curve, having a radius of 44.00 feet, through a central angle of
44044'48'., for a distance of 34.36 feet; thence North 42050'00'' East, 166.89
