CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
CUSTODIAL PAPER SUPPLIES-BID #1779
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 16th day of August, 1988,
for Custodial Paper Supplies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Zellerbach Paper Company, 245 South Spruce Ave., South San Francisco,
CA. 94080 for the bid price of Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Eight
Dollars and Forty Three Cents ($19,678.43).
2. The City Manager is hereby authozized to enter into a written contract
with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 24th day of August
