HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 120-1988 RESOLUTION NO. 120-88 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION SETTING CITY'S MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT RATE WHEREAS, from time to time the Federal Government revises what is considered to be the acceptable mileage reimbursement amount; and WHEREAS, the current City rate for mileage reimbursement is not the equivalent of the amount allowed by the Internal Revenue Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that effective November 1, 1988, the City's mileage rate is set at whatever rate is established by the Federal Government and allowable under the Internal Revenue Code. This Resolution supersedes Resolution No. 4-86 and all prior related resolutions. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular meeting held on the 28th day of September , 1988 by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSTAIN: Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Jack Drago None None ABSENT: None
