CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "STONEGATE UNIT 5 & 6" AND
AUTHORIZE RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. Map Approval.
The Final Map, entitled "Stonegate 5 & 6, lying within the City of
South San Francisco, being a resubdivision of a portion of Parcel 1, 37
PM 48-49, the whole of Parcels 2 and 3, 28 PM 3-4, San Mateo County Records,
and a portion of Ridgeview Court as abandoned per Document No. 88102127,
South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California," dated June 1988, is
hereby approved.
2. Acceptance of Parcel 81, Ridgeview Court, and Public Utility
Easements.
The dedication of Ridgeview Court for use as public street, Parcel
81 as open space, and Public Utility Easements as shown and designated on
the maps as being offered for dedication for public use in conformity with
the terms of the offer of dedication on the Final Map are hereby accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized to certify the City's acceptance thereof.
3. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or cause
recordation of the map in the official records of the County of San Mateo,
same to be concurrently recorded with the Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions for Stonegate Unit 5 & 6.
4. Copies of Recorded Documents.
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map
shall be filed in the office of the Deputy City Manager/City Engineer, and a
copy of the recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference: (1) City
Clerk, (2) Planning Director and (3) Deputy City Manager/City Engineer, and
the Building Division shall withhold building permits until the copies of
the recorded documents are so filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 12th day of October , 1988, by the
following vote:
