CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF 1988 TAX ALLOCATION
REFUNDING NOTES FOR THE GATEWAY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT BY
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
proposes the issuance and sale of approximately $7,250,000 of 1988 Tax Allocation
Refunding Notes, to provide refinancing for the Gateway Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, said proposal has been reviewed and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of South
San Francisco that:
Section 1. Approval is hereby given to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco to issue not to exceed $7,250,000 of 1988 Tax Allocation Refunding
Notes to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall transmit a copy of this resolution to the Secretary
of the Agency.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 12th
day of October, 1988, by the following vote:
