CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT
TO THE JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE
OF CATCHMENT BASINS ON SAN BRUNO MOUNTAIN
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the Agreement entitled, "Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement for Maintenance of
Catchment Basins on San Bruno Mountain" between the County of San Mateo and the
City of South San Francisco dated June 21, 1983 and amended July 27, 1988, is
hereby further amended with regard to the insurance requirements imposed upon
persons or firms performing work for the joint powers authority. The Mayor is
authorized to execute the Amendment.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 12th day of October , 1988, by
the following vote:

Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, Roberta Cerri
Teglia, and Mayor Jack Drago
NOES:
Councilmember Mark N. Addiego
