CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE ALDEN COMPANY, STANDARD BUILDING COMPANY,
ROBERT MANTEGANI, AND THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO RELATING TO THE TRANSFER OF PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco and Robert
Mantegani own adjacent pieces of real property; and
WHEREAS, the Alden Company has agreed to purchase and develop the property
owned by the City and Standard Building Company has agreed to purchase and
develop the property currently owned by Robert Mantegani; and
WHEREAS, in order to facilitate development proposals on both properties
it has been determined that a portion of the Mantegani property should be
transferred to the City prior to the development of either subdivision by
either developer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that it hereby approves the Agreement concerning the transfer of the
property and authorizes the City Manager to execute all documents relating to
such transfer. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 26th day of October
