CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT TO FURNISH CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
EA ENGINEERING, SCIENCE, AND TECHNOLOGY, INC.
FOR AN EFFLUENT TOXICITY CHARACTERIZATION
STUDY AT THE WATER QUALITY CONTROL PLANT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City an
Agreement entitled, "AGREEMENT TO FURNISH CONSULTING SERVICES FOR AN
EFFLUENT TOXICITY CHARACTERIZATION STUDY AT THE WATER QUALITY CONTROL
PLANT", between the City of South San Francisco and EA Engineering, Science,
and Techno)ogy, Inc. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City
Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
reqular meeting held on the 9th day of November , 1988, by the
following vote.

Councilmembers Mark N. Addieqo, Richard A. Haffev. Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri.Tealia. and Mayor Jack Drago
