A RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS,
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE AND CALLING
BIDS FOR THE WESTBOROUGH PARK BUILDING,
PROJECT NO, PR-86-2; FURNITURE AND
WINDOW COVERINGS, BID NO. 1767 A - E
~S, specifications providing for the purchase of furniture and
,erings have been submitted, which specifications are entitled:
WESTBOROUGH PARK BUILDING, PROJECT NO. PR-86-2
FURNITURE AND WINDOW COVERINGS, BID NO. 1767 A - E
tS, the City Council desires to approve the specifications, authorize
~se and call for sealed proposals;
NOW, HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. ~he specifications identified above are approved, and the purchase is
authorize~, and the specifications are incorporated by reference.
2. l~he Director of Finance is directed to publish a notice inviting sealed
proposals !or bids for the purchase in accordance with the specifications on file
in the office of the Director of Finance. Notice shall be published at least
twice not iless than five (5) days apart in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of
general ci'?culation printed and published in the City of South San Francisco,
The first publication of the notice shall be at least ten (10) days before the
date of op~ning of the bids.
3. B~ds will be received by the City of South San Francisco, California, at
the officelof the Director of Finance, City Hall Annex, 315 Maple Avenue, South
San FranciSco, California 94080 at or before the hour of 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
the 5th day of January, 1988.
The bids will be publicly opened, examined and declared at that time in
the Conference Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, and award
will thereafter be made by the City Council to the lowest responsible bidder or
bidders, subject, however, to the right of the City Council to reject any and all
bids.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted ~y the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting ~eld on the 25th day of November , 1987 by the following vote:
