CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP ENTITLED
"PARKWAY ESTATES" AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. Map Approval
The Final Map, entitled "Parkway Estates", a subdivision of Standard
Building Company, Inc. is hereby approved.
2. Acceptance of Dedications
The dedications to public use as shown on the map of Parkway Estates for
street purposes, and easements for public utilities, storm drains and sanitary
sewers are hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to certify the City's
acceptance chereof.
3. Agreement
Execution of the "Agreement, Subdivision Improvements, Parkway Estates",
by the Mayor on behalf of the City is hereby authorized.
4. RecOrdation
The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or cause recordation
of the Final Map and Agreement in the official records of the County.
6. Coples of Recorded Documents
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map shall be
filed in the Office of the Deputy City Manager/City Engineer, and a copy of the
Subdivision Improvements Agreement shall be filed in the offices of (1) City Clerk,
(2) PlanninE Director and (3) Deputy City Manager/City Engineer, and the Building
Division sh(ll withhold building permits until the copies of the recorded documents
are filed.
I here~y certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted byithe City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 13th day of January , 1988 by the following vote:
AYES: COuncilmembers Mark N. Addieqo, Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos,
ROberta Cerri Teqlia, and Jack Drago
