CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
CIVIC CENTER RENOVATION, PHASE III
CITY HALL CUPOLA, PROJECT NO. PB-81-2B
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 15th day of May, 1987,
for the CIVIC CENTER RENOVATION - PHASE III, CITY HALL CUPOLA PROJECT.
NOW, '~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, M~yta & Jensen of San Francisco for the bid price of One Hundred
Sixty-fou- Thousand, Six Hundred Seventy-four Dollars and No Cents.
($164,674.)0).
2. the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. the Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.

and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular ) meeting held on the 13th day of January , 1988, by the
